Services
CreativeRod offers AI-assisted product development, consulting, and educational content through this Site. Service details, deliverables, timelines, and pricing will be outlined at the time of engagement. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

All content on this Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and code — is the property of CreativeRod and is protected by applicable U.S. copyright and intellectual property laws. Upon full payment for a project, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables as specified in their individual service agreement. CreativeRod retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. CreativeRod does not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.
